A product that does everything shouldn't feel like it does too much

Paperless Post's desktop platform had grown into a rich, capable tool — but years of feature additions had buried the core experience under layered menus and competing workflows. Users were getting lost between creation, customization, and guest management. Working closely with product and engineering, I audited every major flow, identified where decisions stalled, and restructured the end-to-end experience around a clearer navigation model and tighter visual hierarchy. The result was a product that felt simpler without losing a single feature.
