Travel is stressful enough without a confusing app

In an airport, people are rushed, distracted, and often anxious. United's mobile app needed to work in that reality — not just display information, but prioritize it based on where a traveler is in their journey. I led the redesign of core trip flows across boarding, status, and connections, working with product managers and the native engineering team to rethink how screens adapt in real time. The redesigned experience shipped across iOS and Android, giving millions of passengers faster, calmer access to the information that matters most at every stage of their trip.
