Target's operational teams relied on dense dashboards to drive daily decisions across stores, supply chain, and merchandising — but the interfaces treated every metric with equal weight, forcing people to hunt for the numbers that actually mattered. I partnered with analysts and operations leads to understand which data points drove real action, then redesigned layout, hierarchy, and visualization patterns to surface those first. The work became the foundation for a broader internal reporting design system.
